I took my gun cabinet door in to get a peice of glass cut out to fit, they said they would need to hang on to the door so they could get it done when they had a chance, I expressed that there was significant sentimental value in it as it was the last project me and my grandpa done together before he was unable to work with the equipment for health and safety reasons. I just asked them to take care of it and to let me know when they were finished so I could come get it. I come to find out that the door doesn't fit right and I spent a week trying to wrap my brain on how thst could be possible. I asked my friends and family. Tonight my mom asked me to send pictures to her because she was talking to my grandpa and having worked with wood for all of his life as a passion he quickly pointed out that the grains in the door did not match and that it had been broken and fixed wrong. Not only did they not tell me about it. They still charged me for the work. Now I must break the very door again to try and fix it the right way. I'm very disappointed l, I'd pay 100X the price to have not had the door broken in the first place. This company should be ashamed of themselves. What you did was wrong. You lied and charged me money for your wrong doing. At the very least you could have apologized and asked me if you could put it back together....the right way. HORRIBLE! (I posted this in June of 2021. I went to edit it and it changed the date in which I posted it.)

The customer service here is exceptional. They communicate frequently with the status of the project. The pricing is very competitive as well.
