I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! 😤 Invited them to service the air conditioner. It worked, but poorly. It was necessary to fill the freon. He charged the freon and cleaned it with water. Thus damaging the hvac blower motor.😡 The air conditioner stopped blowing. He said that the air conditioner was old and the pump was broken, took $370, and offered to exchange it for a new one for $6,200. It looks like a person broke it on purpose or absolute unprofessionalism😡. The request for a joint solution to fix it together does not go to the dialogue. Now we have to sit without air conditioning with 4 small children ALL WEEKENDS AT 90°F🤬🤬🤬

No. A larger system with more capacity delivers less comfort and costs more to operate. An air conditioner is at its least efficient when first turning on. A system with too much capacity will run in numerous short cycles, turning on and off repeatedly, therefore causing it to be less efficient. Also keep in mind that an air conditioner only removes humidity when it’s running, so a system with shorter run cycles doesn’t remove humidity from the air very well.
Most of our HVAC systems come with a 10-year warranty, so you can rest easy for many years, and our maintenance plans can help lower your utility bills and extend the life of your system!
The heating and cooling systems are sized according to their tonnage. One (1) ton equals 12,000 BTU/H. Residential systems can range from 1 to 5 tons.
There are many recommendations we can make, but the recommendations we make vary on a case-by-case basis depending on an individual home or business's needs. Give us a call so we can discuss this in further detail.
Yes, financing is available. FTL Finance offers convenient fixed interest rate financing for residential HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment purchases.
Yes, we do! Call us today to discuss options.
To answer that question accurately, we’ll need to schedule an appointment with one of our HVAC service experts. We’ll come to your home or business and evaluate its size, heating and cooling needs, environment, and the work we’ll need to do. Then, we can recommend the best system for you and install it quickly.
If your HVAC system requires constant repairs, is 15 years or older, or can’t heat or cool your home properly, we recommend you replace it. When an HVAC system ages, it doesn’t operate as efficiently and could actually end up costing you more money than it should.
To keep your HVAC system running in tip-top shape, we recommend a maintenance appointment twice a year (once for heat, once for air conditioning). This way we can check your filters, coils, wiring, housing, motor, and more to make sure you’re getting the most out of your system.
