Ignoring a plan for regular exercise for 20 years and working, culminated in an ER visit with a near stroke. I joined Elite 18 months ago for their group personal training classes. The workouts are customized for me based upon my ability, not the number of people in class. Small class size and much attention to form to ensure you are not hurting yourself.
