I'd love to know why the people at the front desk have to give major attitude.. me and my child went in and the check in computer does not let me add myself to her room, told him her symptoms and then told him that I couldn't add myself to her room, was flipping his hand up and asked "well why are you here then" next older man who came in got called up, he said the name very quietly.. then shouted it louder and flipped his hand up again.. rediculious... if you don't like your job don't do it.

Worst clinic I have been to by far front desk Lisa is horrible no customer service skills no computer skills non attentive to what you say then gives attitude when she does something wrong horrible horrible horrible service I have been here a couple times already with my kids and each time I get skipped over by someone who comes later than me even after I made a online appointment do not come here they will brush off your problems and make an excuse don’t know why they’re even open if they don’t like their jobs or is it just for the pay 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Went there knowing I had a sinus and ear infection and was completely ignored and all my concerns were disregarded. Was not treated or given medicine. They simply sent me home and told me to wait.

No, Careworks does not refill your routine prescriptions. We do not treat chronic disease. Call your PCP, generally, they will see you sooner, or give you enough medicine to get to your next appointment. The ED will also give a short term refill
They will refer you to Wilkes Barre
From what I understand they do not offer Covid-19 tests. Google where you can get Covid-19 testing along with your zip code, that should give you closest options to your home where they offer the tests for Covid-19.

These are NOT appointments! You reserve a place in line so you can wait at home instead of in the waiting room. Complete your registration by phone with a Geisinger rep before you get to the clinic. Your private information will not be overheard by everyone in the waiting room!

That happened to me. Then i decided to dial 0 before the end of menu. It worked then. Hope this helps you
