Great director Rich, staff and children, besides the owner she stalks employees on social media and yells at parents and directors. Doesn’t know the children’s name, has no desire to connect with the children only in it for the money.. BEWARE OF JOAN FASANELLO

The director is nice but has no real authority. Woman who own this daycare isn’t very nice. Doesn’t even know the children. The caretakers are lovely.

Mr. Rich is the present director and he is great. He, along with the mature and compassionate staff are attentive to the needs of the children, parents and program overall. The teachers use modern technology to communicate with parents and vice versa. Temperature checks and security cameras are some great features they use.There are various rooms for each age group and a fenced in backyard area for outdoor play. During inclement weather, the kids can play downstairs in a large indoor area. My daughter has been there for a year and a half and she is making nice progress. St. Anne's is conveniently located on Roseberry St. in Pburg and it has nice, long hours for working parents. They operate a clean,bright, and well run program for infants to young children. It is a special place I would definitely recommend to other parents!

My daughters have loved their time at St Anne’s this summer. This program has given me a huge sigh of relief because my children actually look forward to going! They have made many friends, and they have nothing but nice things to say about all of the ladies that work there. The facility is safe, clean, and modern as well. Lots of activities for the kids, and lots of communication with the parents. Highly recommend!
