Brooke has been the stress relief I needed in the moving process. Ive spoken to staff on the phone and have always been treated respectfully and met with excitement. I have looked at apartments throughout this state (I am from FLA) and have never felt welcomed in a way that felt like it was my home. I'm specifically moving out of my temporary apartment 1 hour away to Phillipsburg for this community. 10/10 recommend.

We have lived at sycamore landing twice. Our first experience, was awful. We were in the process of buying a house, and moved out, but the house fell through. So we instantly needed a place to live, Brooke and Leora welcomed us back and have been nothing but accommodating to our needs. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and your neighbors are friendly. I recommend living here at sycamore.

There is section 8 housing All so 4 new buildings being erected You should go there to the office,bring your paperwork with you. There was 63 applications then only 12.It fluctuates.people cancel .get on the list.
