I was there for ekg. This experience was good. But,what I do have to say is,I hope whoever decided to close First Valley,Choices in kingston,Choices Recovery Center,The Crisis Unit inside of general is VERY PLEASED WITH THEMSELVES..MENTAL HEALTH,AND ADDICTION IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM,AND YOU ARE TAKING BASICALLY EVERY RESOURCE FROM US STRUGGLING TO GET BETTER,AND MOVE ON WITH OUR LIVES THE BEST WE CAN..THIS IS A HUGE DISRUPTION, AND IS CAUSING HUGE ISSUES..I JUST HOPE NOTHING HAPPENS TO ANY OF US.BECAUSE ALOT OF US DONT HAVE MANY OPTIONS.

I came to the er in severe pain, the nurse in the er Holy Williams was the best!!! She made me laugh and not think of the pain. There should be more nurses like her!!! She is very caring and genuinely a nice person.

The absolute worst experience of my life. Hospitalist are not informed. Human Resources just harass nurses trying to do their jobs. The is no rest for a patient whatsoever, just unknowledgeable young residents learning from arrogant and ignorant drs is crazy. Shame on your “system”. You should thank God for the nurses that have stuck to their goal.

Dr Charlton is the very best. He replaced my right shoulder. I was on for shot in my left shoulder this go round. Shot were painless and are working great. Trying to put of the inevitable. But when the time comes Dr Charlton and his staff are the only choice.

Pretty much whenever you want. Hospitals can no longer make you leave...Which is terrible - because if your roommate has loud people visiting all night? Forget about sleeping
Yes
It's a hospital
There is a free parking lot. But it's always full. The parking garage charges, not sure if you can get your ticket validated in the hospital.
Well, my dad was in the ICU Units. He never had a phone. But, yes.. The rooms have phones, but, I don't know the numbers. I'm so sorry

A prescription might be given by the doctor but it's at their desgression
They have an er you can go to....I would think they could.
You would have to have your medical record pulled to find that out
8am-8pm

Of course....unless you didn't and you are, well, you know, unable to
Maybe you were being given a chance to reconsider complaining...Hospital staff is stressed because there is not enough of them
Walk thru main entrance, go up stairs on your left, take left at top of stairs and 'sign in' will be on your right down the hall.
Never been there
No
