To my understanding... The indoor pool is open all year long Monday thru Saturday but the outdoor pool I'm not too sure about sorry I couldn't provide more information

Yes it does, it is free. is part of the community services . Now is close due to Covid-19.

Bball gym, small weight room, a couple stairmasters/treadmills, a gaming area and a nice clean, warm pool!
