Yes.. Franklin county housing authority my brother is in one.. around 400.00 a month that with power and water.. extra $12 a month for trash pickup and $150 deposit

They want you to be unhappy. Its suppose to be to help people in need with housing, but they usually act like they are above you. I lived in housing for years. I hope i never have to again, because the people who run it treat those who need help like garbage.
