I came for an interview on 9/13/22 at 9:00am for dietary assistant. As I'm speaking to the kitchen manager for the department she had no knowledge of the position that was put on indeed. She also informed me that the only position they had was 2nd shift only. If I had to recommend to anyone who's looking to work here is to have valuable information before applying and to not waste your gas. I also would like to recommend who ever is in charge of the hiring process is to make sure that new candidates have reliable information regarding the job qualification

I would never send a loved one to this facility! They are dishonest and do not care about their patients’ well-being. Without going into many details, my father was left to suffer in his final days. If it weren’t for my bi-weekly video chats I would never have even known how sick he was. ( he was unfortunate in his timing to be there during covid restrictions so visits were nearly impossible, and he was a prisoner in his own room) The only call I got afterwards was about what we wanted to do with his belongings. If you can find another facility for your loved one, I highly recommend that you do!

In December of 2020 my husband came to Ocala Health and Rehab, as a long time care patient. The first 11 months where good we lived miles away and do to covid and personal reason we could only come by but every other month, time for visit where limited to 15 minutes I understood. But this December I was really disappointed in the care and response with the care giver and the administration. You closed your door to video chats with family members to give a Christmas party to whom to residents thst didn't need three weeks to do Christmas. My husband has passed away since then and I have not heard one word from these people not a card nothing . shame on you all God Bless the people in your care they all deserve better.

I never said I was happy with them you can never get in touch with anybody at that place I've been trying all morning to talk to the social worker to make an appointment to see Mom and to talk to the social worker when they release her no answer yet
