This is THE luxury spot for camping at MTL. Quiet, clean and friendly with HUGE lots. The owner, Tom, is very helpful and knowledgeable too. Love when we get to spend a few days at this little slice of Heaven. 😊Thank you Christine

If you purchase a lot, can you live there full time year round? Pet restrictions?

Hi William, the park is open April 1 st to November 30th each year and you can be there everyday but not December 1st thru March 31st the park is closed. Your R V can stay on the lot year round. As for as pets your allowed up to two dogs per site and must be on a leach at all times. Thank you
