I worked here for a brief stint and all I can say is that if you are white then do not expect to be treated fairly. I was hired in as a receptionist through a temp service. Everything was fine until the over all director of housing decided to hire me on full time as a section 8 case manager. The supervisor over Section 8 Arleen Hall quickly informed me that she did not hire me into that position and that Jeff Snead did. From that day forward my days were numbered with the Housing Authority. No matter what I did I could never make this woman happy. I would correct things she would point out to me but she would come back to me with even more things. There was no pleasing this woman. A friend of mine started as the new receptionist and found out weeks later she was pregnant. Arleen accused me of being the Father and began to treat us both poorly. the constant harassment from Arleen eventually lead me to walk off of the job. I was physically sick from stress from this woman. I watched the way she treated white clients and it is apparent that she is very much prejudice towards white people. As the only white person and the only white man in her office I was belittled and recriminated against. They should get someone there in charge that cares about all of the people in the program and all of their employees. Be aware of this woman if you conduct business with her. She is not the good and kindhearted person that she wants others to believe she is. Very lucky I did not come at the Housing Authority with a nice law suit!

I like to go over there. So I can see Mrs Arlene, Mrs Connie and the receptionist and Mrs krista smile. They always kind to me. Very godly woman.

No one is ever there to answer the phone during business hours...and if you do get an answer your put on hold for 30+ minutes after your transferred

I'm not 100% sure on that because there can never be an exact day told because nothing is 100% guaranteed right at the moment. There's a ton of people on the list but I would like to say that you would be moved close to the top of the list because the fact of your 2 babies.

It is not guaranteed that applications will be open this year. People that applied at the end of 2014 are currently being called for appointments.
