Made order online on item it said was in stock at the store. Per instructions waited until they emailed me that it was ready for pick up. No email after a couple days and I needed the part that weekend so picked the part up elsewhere. I called the store to cancel the order and the guy recited my name and said he would cancel it. They charged my card anyways the same day and have not removed the charge. So they took and kept my money without providing me any product. CREDIT CHARGE DISPUTE OPENED. If not resolved BBB IS NEXT. The fact you can't cancel online an "order online pick up in store" order, and you have to call and trust these people who clearly in this case was not a man of his word, is rediculous. What kind of rinky dink operation are you runnin out there? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
