Two employees working. One with a customer the other on the phone with a customer. I waited 25 minutes to purchase one item. The employee on the phone could have asked that customer to hold for 30 sec and rang me up if he was not able to multi task. The customer on the phone, when I gave up and left, had asked him to look up 22 items as I stood there. If the don't want my business I will take it elsewhere.

Sign on the door said check engine light help. I asked the guy behind the counter if I could get my code reading. He's looking as if he doesn't want to move. And says our reader is broken. Wow. A1 customer service there. And if it is really broken, why not get another one. I'm sure they sell them, no?!

I buy most of my parts from O'Reilly but today I had the worst experience ever at this store! the people that work at this place got no clue whatsoever and they do not know what they doing also they won't stand behind their products and warranty !!!

Was having battery issues and the staff was super helpful. I looked at the employees name so that I could give him the props but, maaaan. I just can't remember it. So claim the praise, my guy, and thanks for helping me out!
