I booked an appt and she canceled. I adjusted and she just didn’t show up. Literally made up some lie about her child. Disgusting person for that and it was a waste of my time. Just ghetto. There is already a narrative out there that black businesses are ghetto and low quality and well….this perpetuates the narrative. Do not book here.

The hair is ok for a quick style only. I’ll give the hair 2.5 stars because it barely sheds. The hair also feels like Barbie doll hair. My honest review (:

I’ve been buying hair from them for about 6 years now. HONESTLY, they have the best consistent QUALITY, even the prices are reasonable, very affordable. The customer service has improved tremendously!!!! The owner aims to please and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They have even added additional shipping/pick up options, which was a great idea for us who reside in Atlanta. Shipping use to be the reason I always thought twice about purchasing hair online from them but now I’m extremely glad that they have made ordering and receiving so much more convenient and hassle free … I’ve tried other vendors and I always end up right back at hair inc.

I ordered Indian hair bundles from this company a couple of weeks ago.The hair is light and poor quality.I will never buy hair from this company again.They use to have good quality hair .Not anymore
