Owners were incredibly nice and took the time to explain to me what trails they think I should do as a beginner in a brand new vehicle. Had a blast and the trails were absolutely perfect for me, if you're in a stock Jeep gladiator trail 20 is just wide enough and technical enough to be fun. Wish I lived close enough to go often.

Yes , they have trails for all levels of OFF Road Rides , you will love it you can trail ride all night , camp sites , RV parking . Awesome place !!
There are several trails that are stock friendly but in a new truck I would recommend probably sticking to the service roads for the most part. Stay safe and never wheel alone this place is not flat but its sure as hell nasty

No they don't rent any vehicles/side by sides to rent.
Yes anytime. You will fill out the waiver at the table on the office porch if no one is in office.. and drop the money in the little box along with the signed waiver. Its 20$ a driver and 5$ a passenger over the age of 12. Every vehicle is 20$ that includes whoever is driving.
