Great staff! Facility is lacking being remodeled, however cable was not working well and breakfast was very limited. Staff customer service made up for it.

A bit pricey for a one night stay, kind staff (but understaffed? - see below), lobby is under construction, and no available two queen beds. Bathroom is tight with a single sink, even the fridge and microwave are small for a king-size room (with an extra sofa bed), and the pillows have no support whatsoever. I chose it for its location so if you're staying in Ft. Leonard Wood, you might want to look elsewhere until the whole property's renovated!!! I woke up in the middle of the night because the bed got uncomfortable. I asked for extra pillows hoping they would help, but I wish they were memory foam pillows. Although front desk was nice, I was told to come down to get them, which I understood since there was no one else to bring them upstairs. I'll re-evaluate this 2-star rating if I get any feedback from management. I'm a Hilton member and quite disappointed that I have to leave a negative review based on this experience.

Everything was clean and nicely updated! Traveling and needed an overnight stay. The first impression did not disappoint. Lobby was clean and smelled fresh, coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Room/bathroom were very clean and nicely updated, good beds and pillows. Didn’t offer hot breakfast but did offer cereal, fruit and pastries. Jess, front desk employee, was very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants. We chose Coltons which did not disappoint either! We will definitely stay here again when passing through this area. Highly recommend this hotel.
