I give zara a 1star review simply because, the lines are ALWAYS ridiculously long! Both for check out and fitting rooms! There are always just 1 or two people at the register…and all other employees are aimlessly wondering around the store acting busy but really doing nothing but getting their steps in. 🙄 And godForbid you ask them for help, it like you’ve annoyed them and messed up their heavy concentration of nothingness! Also! Ummm I’m pretty slender woman…but those cuts of pants dresses and skirts are literally made for 12 year old Asian girls. They know most woman have hips, right? Ijs! Lol

COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME!! I was ready to try on my clothes at 6:40pm and got turned away because the dressing room lady wanted to leave early! Mind you they close at 8pm!
