Wow.... Not once did I mention pain medicine, nor do I have a medical license or training... But what am I asked over the phone??? "What are you expecting me to do..." I have no idea im not the doctor!!!! I tild him my issues at the visit and he "anyways" past them all. My wife was there and he had the gall to say" I dont think it went the way you are saying". I must have mistaken this place... It must be a vet.

Just got done with an appointment here and my husband who has been in pain since 2014, which we have explained and described all his pain and symptoms, basically just told my husband that his pain is in his head though ... He has nerve neuropathy? He was prescribed another blood pressure medication and baclofen for an almost 300 pound man?? And they said pain medicine could cause more damage? Really??? He probably has a terminal illness and pain medicine could cause more damage? What a joke!

Wonder why Humana Insurance opted not to renew contracts...Falsified patients urinalysis. charges to my account that were not legitimate. Each time I had a visit my co-pay was different? And I always had a remaining balance?! I was warned about this but, I went anyway. WORST experience ever!! I accused of not showing up for pill count. I lived an 1 1/2 hour away. Other clients walking in drug addicts getting prescribed medication just to add to their addiction never questioned. I was told I had drugs in my system? I never drank, smoked anything, no needles. I don't play the lottery. No clubs nothing, just used the prescription prescribed by Ellis Pain Clinic for my injury. Imagine how I felt? I received a phone call an was told to show up before 3:00p.m. I was in another county receiving medical treatment with another doctor. 😕 By the time I would have finished an gotten there it would have been 6:45p.m.

Was a patient for a few years. Courtney was always great (until I wouldn’t get the vaccine.) They refused to keep seeing me and I can’t get in with another doc until end of March. I called and asked if they could see me one more time just until I had my first appointment with new doc. I was told they would pass the message along but if I wasn’t vaccinated they wouldn’t see me. I’ve asked my regular doc and GI and both said they’d never dismiss a patient for not get the vaccine as it’s totally unethical.
