Absolutely amazing counselors. I was accepted into this rehab i was in the program for 12 months and because of the love and support of this rehab i have almost 3 years clean . The couselors taught me how to love myself and i go to visit about every 3 months because the lasting frienships i was able to make, this is my safe home away from home.

I spent 8 years working as an employee of Angel House. The director, Angela, was highly supportive and passionate about her program, the residents, and the staff. She was always open to learning more about addiction and recovery and worked hard to expand the program. I would send a loved one here without hesitation, as they all do their best to individualize the program to each residents needs

As a former resident at Angel House of Georgia, I cannot say enough good things about this program. I moved there in the summer of 2017 having lost myself and all hope for a peaceful, productive, enjoyable life. I struggled for a long time in the program, many months actually, because I am stubborn and didn’t like the rules. It took me 17 months to finish this 12 month program, but it turns out I needed all that time in the environment provided by Angel House. No, I didn’t always like it…but I NEEDED IT. I graduated the program in early 2019 and went on about my life. This program returned to my family their daughter, sister, aunt. In January 2021, I joined Angel House Staff as a Case Manager at the Director’s request. I currently do Case Management for most of the residents in Phase 1-3. I also lead 2 groups every week. Today I am 100% sure that I am where I’m supposed to be, and doing what I’m supposed to be doing. I so love to see women enter the program and grow, heal and blossom!!! This is by far the single most important and rewarding thing I have ever invested my time in, and it’s made even sweeter because I get to give back to the program that changed my life forever.

I cannot express the gratitude I feel for this program. My cousin arrived at AH in 2015 and her transformation began. So thankful to AH for the woman she has become

Questions & Answers

will they get the person a job, as to pay their own way?

One of the many life skills we emphasize at Angel House is finding gainful employment. We offer guidance in resume writing, dressing appropriately for job search, obtaining necessary vital documents required for employment(ie ID/Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card), and how to maintain good standing with an employer.

When I click on their website, it only pulls up an online pharmacy site.

Can they have cell phones

Though we do require no cell phone for the first 30 days in the program to allow our residents to adjust to life here, cell phone privileges can be earned after that period.

What's the cost to start and the weekly fee

The current total cost of admission is $1500, this includes a $1000 intake fee and the first two weeks' program fees. Weekly fee is $250. We require 2 weeks' program fees up front because that is typically the amount of time required to get settled, find a job and receive a paycheck.
