The pharmacy department is a joke and will flat out call you a lair when they made the mistake. I dropped off a prescription refill for a medication that my doctor will not call in a couple of months ago so they could put it on file and I wouldn't have any issues when I needed to refill a prescription. When I called in the refill for the prescription on Wednesday night to pick up on Thursday afternoon I left a message that the new prescription was on file and call me if there were any issues. When send my daughter to go to pick up the prescription on Thursday she was told that the new prescription was not on file and I didn't give it to them so they were having to call my doctor to get the refill. After I called the pharmacy, one of the pharmacy techs told me that they always scan in prescriptions when they get them so apparently I only thought that I gave it to them. Not only was a told multiple times that I didn't turn in the refill over the phone but the pharmacist called about 30 minutes to tell me that he pulled up the camera from the month before to tell me that I stopped at the drop off counter but didn't leave anything, the problem I have with this is he doesn't even know what I look like so how can you tell me that I didn't drop off a prescription in January or February. After I explained to him that I had dropped it off before March and when I dropped it off I also had the young lady that I gave it to write down all my prescriptions and refills that were on file, he said that never happened. I was told they had never lost a prescription before and they didn't lose it this time and it was obvious to them that I hadn't turned it in even though they supposedly looked up the wrong day on the camera. Anyone who chooses to use this pharmacy please make sure you write the persons name, time and date of when you drop off prescriptions. I for one will changing pharmacies and calling the corporate office.

The way a customer was treated in your store for wearing a mask is unacceptable. Your manager and the associates were laughing when the police were called. I will help make this store very famous for its poor customer service!!!
