No but library patrons can make the suggestion that they look into getting some. They also have interlibrary loan so they can try to get some from another library in TN if the other library is willing to loan them.
We have been fully open for over a year now. The outside and inside book drops are accessible.
We resumed normal hours and are open normal hours at all Branches.
Correct they have a drop box for after-hours also you can go online to your account and you can request to keep the book longer if need it

Yes. There is a charge. The Circulation Desk can send the fax for you.
You can complete the application on the website but you need to go the Circulation Desk in the library with your ID to get the card.
Also color copies are $1.00
The taxes are done by volunteers from v.i.t.a. You can call the library or United Way to find out when they will be there.
