It is something you ingest. You can place under your tongue or add to coffee/smoothie, or food etc. On the 500mg bottle. A full dropper is approx 18mg. There are 30 full droppers in each bottle. So depending how much you’d like to take, you’d adjust the above accordingly. Many might start with approx 10mg/day(about 1/2 dropper) and after a few days, if applicable, increase the dosage if one feels a higher dosing is needed to a full dropper or 1/2 dropper twice per day.
