Impossible to get ahold of!! Been calling for 2 days trying to reach someone in the main office. The Overflow line is pointless. And when we went to the office at 4pm and hour before their posted closing time they have everything closed down!

Not like there is another choice but they opened two accounts for my business and didn't tell me, so I didn't realize there were two bills to pay and got two late fees so when we had to move the business they insisted on a $1000 deposit because I had two late fees! 🤬 didn't care it was a simple mistake because they opened two accounts and didn't bother to tell me

We’ve been without power since Thursday and still can’t get any answers from Chickasaw (it’s now Sunday)…you call and they hang up on you…I’m sure they won’t replace all the food we have lost by now nor pay for our alternate lodging… but will be quick to raise our rates….

Hi, we have called Chickasaw for the 4th time and we understand the men are working hard to get the power on and that there is multiple outages, but we recently found out it was recently because of a transformer and they new this. And the girl’s who answered the phone were really rude again this not about the Chickasaw workers this is about the people who answer the phone, and as a customer of fayette county we will not have this… also as a customer we will not tolerate the rude on call ladies we appreciate the men for what they do. From the bottom of our hearts.
