Always neat and organized. The folks there are helpful and kind. I go there all the time and have never been disappointed in their service.

I go here at least once a week. The staff there is helpful but a couple of the guys can get a bit rude. It all depends on how their day is going. So I am not going to give them a bad review because of a couple guys that are having a bad day. Good grief these guys are only making $10 an hour so I'm not sure what people expect from them.

Yes , just make sure you cut the power cable before you dump it and ask one of the guys in what container goes.
Hi Barbara! We encourage Williamson County residents to utilize the free year-round BOPAE drop-off for recycling of batteries, oil, paint, antifreeze and electronics! BOPAE accepts both tube style TVS and flat screen TVs for recycling. You can learn more about the BOPAE drop-off, the hours and location here: https://www.franklintn.gov/Home/ShowDocument?id=28204. Thanks so much!
Hi James! The free paper shredding service is provided by a private contractor - P & H Properties LLC - at the Williamson County Material Recovery Facility. Please call P & H Properties at (615) 790 - 8501 for additional information. The contractors will be able to answer any and all questions you may have about their process! Thanks!
Hi Mary Beth! Yes; Williamson County residents may dispose of sofas at the Thompson's Station Convenience Center. The center attendant can point you to the appropriate open top bin for the sofa. Please just remember the one truck load per day limit rule! Here is a link to more information! http://www.williamsoncounty-tn.gov/1846/Convenience-Centers S Mqz made a great suggestion below too!! If the sofa is in condition to be reused, it could be donated! Graceworks or Goodwill are some potential options. I recommend giving those organizations a call directly to learn if they can accept your sofa at this time. GraceWorks Franklin: https://www.graceworksministries.net/ Goodwill Spring Hill Store & Donation Center: https://www.goodwill.org/location/?store=4016 Thanks so much for checking!
Hi Teddy, you cannot recycle paint at the Thompson's Station convenience center. Paint may be taken to either the Williamson County landfill location at 5750 Pinewood Road, Franklin or to City of Franklin's BOPAE (batteries, oil, paint, antifreeze, electronics) drop-off at 417 Century Court, Franklin. City of Franklin's BOPAE: https://www.franklintn.gov/government/departments-k-z/sanitation-and-environmental-services Landfill center (scroll to very bottom): https://www.williamsoncounty-tn.gov/1846/Convenience-Centers
No, just 1 & 2
