The Hib Hound was really good. Hubs even liked it better than the gin and tonic, which he usually likes the best. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and talking to some people from Maryland. We didn't do the tasting since we've been here before. Very nice people.

I have never been disappointed by anything Pinckney Bend has made. I have been frequenting their tasking room for many years now and it's always a great time! They make great whiskey, great gin, and have even better people. Their gun and tonic is the best I've ever had, and it's all thanks to their house made tonic syrup. But the Belle of the Ball is their Apple Ambush whiskey. Forget anything you've ever known about apple or cinnamon when it comes to whiskey and never look back after trying Apple Ambush! I can't say enough good things about this great establishment. Give them a try!

Stop by for a tasting. Oh yeah! Went with the whiskey. So now we have to go back to try the gin and vodka. One word to describe it......excellent!!

Indoors is closed, but the walk up tasting it so neat. Took our to go tasting boxes just a few steps away to one of the river front benches. We followed the tasting map and enjoyed the Gin, Whiskey and Vodka. The Apple Ambush was so yummy!
