THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO VISIT!! UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY WORKERS, ARGUED ABOUT WHO WAS GONNA SEE ME, MULTIPLE UNWANTED TEST WAS RAN ON ME BOTH TIMES IVE BEEN IN TO BE SEEN. SEEMS LIKE NO ONE KNEW WHAT TO DO!! WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I HOPE YOU DONT GO IN EITHER BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO AN AFC URGENT CARE EVER AGAIN. SORRY FOR THE ALL CAPS AND THE READING BUT THE TRUTH IS IN WHAT I JUST SAID. THE MANAGEMENT SEEMS TO BE NONEXISTENT!!

If you care about your health and getting quality medical service please don’t go to American Family Care. What my family member had to go through just to get a simple test done for school was incredibly unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional and confused as to what services they offer. Then you get an unfounded bill which they can’t explain. They hang up on you when you ask them to look at your account. Why would you want to go through the horrible experience my family had with AFC? Save your time and peace of mind-go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than AFC!!
