My family and I have enjoyed this restaurant for years, unfortunately they have failed to deliver the service they originally provided. The last three times I’ve been there I’ve been overcharged for items I did not order (due to a language barrier) as well as not received the original items I ordered. I attempted to call in another order tonight with no luck due to the phone being busy because it was left off the hook (not the first time this has happened). I went in and placed the order and yet it was still incorrect. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt lately due to the possibility of new hires or people shortages as I’m experiencing the same thing but, this is a service issue and nothing else. I hope they get it together because they used to be the place to go for Hispanic food in our neighborhood. Good luck and hope to see an improvement as you guys are just around the corner for hundreds of residents.

Food was good, everything tasted good. Although the other servers were attending to their tables and doing a good job. Our server whos name I did not catch was not so great. We had to keep asking other's servers for help. When one server told her our table needed attention she came over and said "what you want" had to ask for mild salsa 5x and upon getting it, it was as hot as soup? Wanted about 20 minutes after completely done eating for the check because she was on the phone. The other servers were great with helping
