Arrived on Wednesday afternoon the lady was very helpful. When we got to the room it had a smell like the people before us smoked some weed. The next two days the day crew and night crew were no help. We had someone above us stomping so loudly and annoying. Tuesday night crew just said ok we will look into it and nothing was actually done. Early Wednesday morning into the morning hours same thing stomping and Making all this noise. Morning lady was like oh Iām sorry sir. Overall it was a good hotel especially for why we went into town for.

Excellent hotel. Night girl was very helpful and nice I had a couple questions that the day girl did not answer and did not make me feel welcomed during my stay however the night girl answered all my questions and even gave me extra blanket due to room being so cold. Good hotel for the most part.

The hotel was great and Deliah was awesome!!!! However the night desk clerk does not need to be working in this business. Housekeeping came in and removed the extra bedding we had for the pull out but didn't leave clean ones. Went to the front desk around midnight to ask for thed bedding and a pillow and wasbtold I can't help you that we don't provide extra bedding. We only have the bedding for the 2 bed in there.. I explained that we had a pull out and housekeeping took the stuff and didn't replace it. She was very rude and said I need to go talk to my supervisor. Came back still with an attitude with bedding no pillow. Had to ask for a pillow and again had an attidue. I am not going to give the hotel a 1 star due to one person but I can guarantee that if this person is still working here I will not stay here again. I am a platinum member and have worked for Best Western in the past for years and this was never acceptable. Please do something with this employee or im sure you will lose lots of business

End of March 2022: Price is reasonable. $80's -110's. (Sunday & Monday) The front desk staff was friendly (Dalilah checked us in. The housekeepers were curteous, greeted us with smiles and letting us go on the elevator first...very considerate. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. Location is conveniently close to the freeway. Can hear some traffic noises but not bad (we stayed on the 4th floor and on back side of the hotel). Our room was clean, has high ceiling and a couch area. Nice to have dispensaries for shampoos, conditioners, & body soap (no more plastics in the environment)! The bath tube was spotless, maybe newly renovated? The beds could use some upgrade bc there are dips in the middle. Unfortunately there was no hot breakfast but Ethel was kindly made Grab & Go breakfast bags (sandwich with sausage/cheese, granola, muffins, yogurt, tangerine, & water bottle) for us. The pool was closed š and it was in the high 80's. Internet was decent. Kudos for management doing a good job for having wonderful staff. Location: āāāāā (near the freeway) Safety: āāāāā (Has cameras) Service: āāāā (missing pool & hot breakfast) Rooms: āāāā (beds could use an upgrade) Price: āāāāā ($80's - 90's)

AT&T Stadium is about 3.5 miles SE from the Hotel. Without traffic about 5 min.
Mr Puente, thank you for your question. Verizon Theater is about 6 miles from Hotel location.
3 miles
Yes
You sound so uhmm... Stupid. You start off by saying not safe, only to finish with a couple key safety features. A Locked front door and armed security guard sounds safer than most hotels out there. Jeesh
