We the community need to vote to end the HOA. There is a $25 late fee (month) and an extra $25 fee if they mail you a notice to pay. You will never win if they take you to court so that's an extra $300, $1000 or higher for attorney and court fees. All these reviews are true. Sad when your only option is to sell and move rather than dealing with these people. That's to much power!!!

Poinciana use to be a good Comunity to live the APV is making it an inferno and chucking the people to the point that they become an additional problem that we don’t need. I wonder when it is going to become a city.
