I should have done this a while ago and am just now getting to it. Willow’s Grooming did an amazing job with my dogs. They came home happy, smelling amazing, and they looked amazing. I’ve had trouble finding a good groomer in the area (the ones I have gone to didn’t leave the best impressions regarding customer service and or my pups didn’t look their best after the service/they weren’t feeling their best after service). Before the appointment they answered any and all questions I possibly had (I had allergy questions they helped me with) and they also had an amazing little shop inside where I picked up a few additional items for the pups. 5/5 would recommend and I will be taking them back for their next big grooming appointment.

Good but they forgot to cut the nails and when we took our dog back, they didnt cut all of them lol..Normal, peeps make mistakes

Willow's Groomer is amazing! The staff I got to meet was very friendly and helpful. They took me and my puppy in as a last minute walk in and did it with a smile. They did an awesome job cleaning her and had her back to me in just a short 2 hours. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality work for a fair price. Most importantly they treat all the fur babies with care!!!!

We tried a few groomers before finding Willows and it was the first place our dog was SO comfortable at. The staff called us one of the first visits saying that our dog may be a little damp because she was NOT comfortable with the dryer noise which made me glad they A) just let us know and B) were making sure that our pup was comfortable bc the dryer noise was one of the big things that scared her at other places. The staff is always friendly and our dog always comes home smelling and looking amazing. 100% recommend!

Hi Alicia! Yes, our moto at Willow's Groomer is we are willing to try anyone once. If your dog is dealing with some trama from a previous experience, what we would recommend is booking for what we like to call a "meet and greet." During this visit one of our groomers will meet you in our lobby, ask some questions, and assess your dog for the best action plan. Depending on how that goes, we will get your next appointment booked. You can book your meet and greet by giving our shop a call, and our receptionist would be happy to help.
Our first priority is safety at Willow's Groomer. Cage free facilities at dog boarding and day care facilities are almost always split up by size and temperament and the size of the facility allows them the flexibility to separate their areas to keep a safe environment for all pets. Grooming facilities are in smaller locations which results in the inability to split up dogs by size and temperament. This often creates a very dangerous situation that prioritizes having the "Cage-Free" label over the safety of dogs. Because of this, we have chosen to be a safety-first facility and we do crate dogs. Our crates are open for dogs to see and breathe in all directions to decrease anxiety. We are also 100% transparent and offer tours if you are concerned about our setup. If you choose to seek out a "Cage-Free" dog grooming shop, we recommend that you request to view the "Cage-Free" area with the above concerns in mind.
