The room was cleaner than some 5 star resorts/hotels we have stayed at, we appreciated that very much. The rooms aren't up to date,still nice and were clean, they provide everything you need for your stay. We were there to enjoy the outdoors anyway not the room.However, the building and ground maintenance was slacking. Pool and patio needed cleaning.We would stay again and hopefully they can get the maintenance issues corrected. We like to see a place like this succeed.

We have stayed here several times and it's always the best time ever! Have been to a wedding here and it's a wonderful venue for a wedding! Dallas and his steak making ability is the best you will eat. The ice cream is addicting! The pool is amazing. Cabins are great! Clean and everything you could need or want. Sitting on the deck watching the sun set and rise with a cup of coffee and breakfast... dreaming of that wishing I was there now! Can't wait to go again. In Oklahoma dreaming of Chaonia Landing !

I've stayed here annually for the last 5 years. My family rents all of the cabins and it's one of our favorite places. You're not going get a luxury resort or a lot of excitement, but if you're looking for a place to slow down life and recharge, this place is perfect. The family that owns the resort will quickly get to know you and treat you with the personal touch you won't find in many places. it's hard to beat sitting on the deck in the evening as the sun sets over the lake.
