Our Bichon was cut like a poodle. Not only that but one ear was cut and one was not. Zip now flinches when a hand comes near. Not sure what happen there but he never flinched before. Its been a week and he still isnt acting normal. Dont know why no one is allowed inside to see facility either. Never again!

We've taken our dog there for the last four months and have been more than satisfied. Prices are comparable to most salons and it's clean and it's obvious they love animals. Short term crating creates a safer environment for the dogs and the groomers IMO ...
