Great quiet place to kayak and just be lazy. Not really too busy the times we went the dogs love it. Bathrooms are by the boat ramp on the beach

I love this place. It has enough natural growth for those who like to go off the beaten path, but also has trails for those who prefer to stay out of the greenery. Quiet pond, animals, swimming in the designated area, fishing, and just a nice place to take a walk or a hike.

Best swimming hole within 100 miles. Nice place to ride a bike, fish or paddle. Looking forward to a campground.... CAMPGROUND not RV PARK

Yes, there is a paved bike path and also smaller hiking trails between the lakes. Best place to park is on the west side of the swimming area

It was nice last week, closed and flooded no filter, but still nice to let the dogs run

Is there a way to access all the lakes by kayak? Wondering if you can drive to different areas or have to portage the kayak by dragging from lake to lake.

Drag from lake to lake. Some you can get to by paddling. Others you have to portage.

Sorry to inform you , there is no camping they plan on getting a couple of cabins built next year. Closest thing to camping round here would be Flaming prairie, if its not flooded, or lake Odessa (if not flooded). Mississippi still up

No definitely not. The only part of the water you are allowed to swim in is about 7 feet deep at most

Is this a dog friendly place? Am I allowed to bring my dog swimming, and is a leash required to bring them swimming or am I allowed to let the run around?

Dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach but the section next to swimming beach is dog friendly

There are, to my knowledge: muskies(DNR stocked), red ear sunfish (also DNR stocked) crappie, bluegills, yellow perch (ring perch), stripped bass (both common and yellow) large mouth bass, catfish (DNR stocked), bull heads, and common carp. Hope that helps.
