Dropped off a duffel bag to have a side zipper pocket fixed. Price was a little high but fine and told 2 weeks. Came after 3pm and was still sitting in the same place where he placed it 2 weeks earlier. Told me to come back Monday I said no, you guaranteed Friday after 3:00. I live 30 miles away from his shop. He tried to give me a refund but had no money in the cash register. tried to write me a check then said I don't have the funds. He left to go next door to get 40 dollars. The gentleman seems very nice, he kicked in an extra $5 for my trouble but the shop does look like a complete disorganized mess. some of the work he was doing looks good but I cannot attest to it, because my product was never started.
