Upon entering this giant and very clean Ashley's store, we were greeted by Carol Hodges. She was very polite and helpful. She kept her distance from my wife and I while we browsed the entire store with no pressure from a sales person. After we found something we liked, Carol was happy to assist us with any questions. Carol is very friendly, bubbly and funny. She gave us an awesome deal that we just could not say no to. Carol Hodges made our purchase experience fun and exciting we left knowing we got a great deal. Orders should have a receipt and you typically get a tracking number when shipped. They also update customers with estimated arrival times via email. Their customer service is very good if you give them a call or visit the physical facility. You may have ordered from a scam website if you haven't gotten any of that...

Yes, we've had 5 or 6 deliveries from Ashley's and all but one went really well for us. The only reason the one didn't go well was because the items were back ordered and weren't in stock on the time they had expected and told us. Other than that their delivery folks were on point. They usually called the day before and then about 15-30 min prior to their arrival on the day to be sure someone was home to pick up the items. We, personally, have had good experiences with their deliveries. We live on the northeast side of town.
I wish I could help but I am unsure of the content of the linen. I use a mixture of peroxide and water...look up the ratio online and it works well for me.
