This place is ridiculously slow, I arrived and checked in about an hr before my appt and didn't get a door until 2hrs after then they took another 4hrs unloading me with a lumper fee I just don't understand we show up on time and do our jobs but yet these foodservice places are always holding us up as if we don't have loads and a family to take care of

Check in 6:10am for 7 am Appointment.was second Guy to check in with Guard Now 10 am,still not start unloading,got a Load of Bush Beans,just went to check with Capstone to find out what's the Delay,can't get a real answer, Capstone just get ridiculous across this Country.

Receivers like Sysco Jacksonville are making this industry unsustainable, thanks god the trucking companies will not fall alone. Brokers do not put pressure because they charge receivers for detention that never goes into the driver's pocket, so it is fine to stay 6-7 hours unloading a truck. Appointment for 9:00 am, it is 1:00 pm and my truck remains loaded at door 72...

I saw the reviews but my experience was not bad at all. I arrived the night before, camped out. Checked in at 6am for a 9am. Sat out in the bullpen until about 730am, they got me a gate, unloaded with papers around 1115am so for a 9am appointment not bad. I've definitely had worse.
