Everyone needs an advisor like Mr. Robert Lampke! I originally brought my car to Nissan on Atlantic (HORRIBLE mistake) to get everything checked out on it just to be sure it was running good while I still the warranty on it with the dealership that I purchased it from. They gave me my car back and all of the lights on my dashboard were lit up, I knew then that I was not taken care of properly. So, I went to Nissan of Orange Park and had the pleasure of meeting Rob. He ensured that my vehicle would be taken care of and he would tell me exactly what was going on. Long story short, Rob called the warranty company and did not let them off of the phone until my issue was resolved and the claim was approved by the company. He even made sure I had a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. Rob has OUTSTANDING communication skills and deserves a raise and a promotion. Rob, thank you so much for all of your help and assuring that I was well taken care of. I'll see you when it's time for another repair or my oil change. EVERYONE GO TO NISSAN OF ORNAGE PARK AND SEE ROB IN SERVICE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Staff very professional. I had engine issues with my 2017 Titan. They did a diagnosis and set appt date. Appt went smoothly and on time. Cost was the most pleasant part of the visit.

With customer service like theirs? I doubt it they will be disappearing any time soon. With putting clients first instead of trying to make a sale? I doubt it again. They bent over backwards to get me into a car and unlike other dealerships, who would have just let me drive off with a vehicle that wasnt bank approved only to call and say hey you need to bring it back we will try another car..., Fuccillo and the Huge family went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I could trust and afford and when I drove off that lot I knew that was my vehicle, might not have been a Nissan, which btw is super reliable which is why everyone should want one!, but it's my car.... and a Buick lol. Your just upset ur not going on their trip bro, dont feel bad, I'm not either, but I got a great car out of it and my credit score was horrendous! But they still went to bat for me anyway and now I'm sitting in a lux vehicle only 2 years old.

You can always buy one cash. However, they have a lot of used cars. There is a big selection.
