I recorded a before and after video of the room I was in for two weeks and they still kept my deposit because I “trashed the towels” by wiping their own room floors. Half the lights didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. Cockroaches all over the floor and when I tried to bring it up to them they said I can’t leave my dog in the room while I go to work and that I can’t leave the trash outside the door ( which is reasonable but they said I was told multiple times when it was the first time being brought up) long story short I have it all on video so if you need it for proof just hmu

This motel doesn't look like anything in the picture!! It smells !! If you want to be comfortable this isn't the place!! The service is bad the key cards don't work!! Location in a very good spot for eating places and shopping centers.

My room smelled of smoke both rooms sheets dirty no shampoo or soap. they were out thank goodness i brought my own pool wasnt working Coffee was not available coffe pot was broken Service was terrible claim to be non smoking facility people hanging out of room smoking its loud a bunch of nasty people hanging around No ice nothing that they claim they do Is done!!Pooor service owner is rude no type of help my Denali was hit in parking lot Spoke to owner she say not responsible so its on us ?Didn't even offer apology!Not all motel 6 are bad but this is the worst I have ever been to!Terrible please dnt answer this msg that you are gonna fix all this because have been looking at reviews up to 3 yrs back and alot of complaints are the same so you do not care for your paying customers !Do not stay here outside looks great and great area but they definately fooled me I decided to give them benefit of the doubt when I should have followed my instincts!

The rooms do not look like the photos online. There are water stains on the ceiling. The sofa beds smelled like dog urine and had rust all over. The furniture in the rooms are falling apart. Door frames are broken like they've been kicked in and they do not feel safe. The bathrooms looked gross and had alot of rust as well. My family and I moved rooms three times. I asked for a refund and the desk clerk pretended like he gave me one. I had to go back because the receipt did not reflect a refund. I had to insist on a receipt that showed the refund. His attitude was already unpleasant but the fake refund took me over the top. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
