The worst customer service I have ever had. Burger King managers should observe her and if she is a manager she has NO customer service skills. I will never go back to that location!

Only ordered 2 of the Jr chicken sandwiches. Both were over cooked and hard. Lettuce was also mostly brown. Inedible . Very disappointed ☹️

Today's dinner from Burger Kings here Live Oak no was what i just to have from them I order the deal two for $10 and get different sandwiches the what was in my order! I hate to give negatives feedback I really like this store but the sándwiches they put in my order was nasty!!

Questions & Answers

If it is the guy who was on shift this morning, he dont deserve to be a manager. He dont have a clue how to talk to people, or treat employees. Yelling, cussing, and my wife and kid heard everything. I regret not approaching him, calling him out.
