Ordered two burgers, well done, one with bacon. Both burgers came out pink, one very raw. Waited a long time and wait staff did not return to check if food was correct. Waited another 10 minutes and someone finally came around, I didn’t have time to wait, I asked to square up what I owe for the drinks, as no food was consumed… they charged my card the full amount. After manager gets involved she made it clear that they would lose money on this… and I should have let the staff know it wasn’t cooked… they never returned to check. Finally made it right and I left. I’ve been here once before and it was great. This time made it so that I won’t return. Can’t get good service anywhere anymore.
