We made a reservation to stay for one night on our way to TN but unfortunately had to cancel as I got my time travel messed up. Beth was so nice not to charge us on our cancelation fee as we let them know 5 weeks in advance. I can just say one thing honest people and honest business's like this go a long way in my book. If we are ever in Lake City on our travels you can bet you know where we will be staying. Thank you Beth and your staff.

Absolutely loved this beautifully maintained park. We came after 5:30pm so we didn't get to meet the office people but we met Dennis the maintenance man. Super sweet. Right off the highway but we didn't have an issue with noise.

Resort is close to I-10 and convenient for a quick overnight while going from point A to point B. Sights are narrow, our neighbors awning was within inches of our slide out. Concrete slab with picnic table separated us from neighbor on the other side but not really giving us much room between the table and the side or our coach. Grounds seem to be clean and well kept from what we see, but then we are only here for an overnight.

We've never had an issue with our dog. Just keep them on a leash and pick up their waste.
