I have been coming here for years getting my drugs ranging from antibiotics to emergency to maintenance drugs(ie. Blood pressure, blood sugar, etc). The techs there have always worked quickly and some have went above and beyond to do real time Calls to the doctor to change the Rx to generic.

I love this pharmacy, no...a specific pharmacist, Becca. She is the BEST, she does her job impeccably. She is a multitasker, when she sees the line is long, the true team leader she is, she jumps right in to help check out, or answer phones! A gem, she will take the time to answer all questions or concerns, or even say hello. She is a pharmacist from a different time, when they actually cared. I can’t say enough good things about her.

This pharmacy has consistently let me down for years. Slow, rude and just inept. This latest incident is just another example of uselessness and ineptitude. Apparently having four hours to pick up a little vial of eye drops is simply not enough. Come back in an hour they say. It’s a vial of eye drops and I know it doesn’t have to be mixed or manufactured on the spot. Sure, let’s just inconvenience the customer because we can. Never again!!!
