Now it takes 14 days to be approved to get on base, I had my background check a long time ago but it expired BEWARE! Navy federal please make at least an ATM outside of the base. Its ridiculous, there is none in Rhode island.

If you have base access then you can go right in and simply open an account. If you do not have base access then I believe they have a number you can call to set up an appointment with them and get base access for that appointment.
it depends do you have an account there or you trying to go and get an account there?there are many Navy Federal credit Union's throughout the country that are not on base. in Rhode island however this one is on base in the only way you get on base is with accessI do believe if you call ahead to the credit union they can get you on the daily access list but don't quote me on that
It's on base I'm sure, so you need an ID card, I would imagine.
