After 2 weeks of living here im changing my initial review of 5 stars to 3. If you have more than 1 car the parking is terrible. Our little apartment seems like it wasn't really looked at before we moved in. Things like outlets and drawers just don't really work. The work orders you put in are attended to pretty fast but not always fixed. These apartments seem like they were renovated to look good but not actually feel good, they feel clunky and older, they probably got a new owner. The seals to the outside are weak so ur apartment temperature will probably be similar to outside and it can let bugs in. Overall I feel like the place is suitable for living but the price is probably a little too much, especially right now with the gym and pool closed. The staff is great though. Pros - Attentive staff - Gym and pool eventually - Location is close to things Cons - Higher Cost - Weak Renovations - Parking - Small shared garage - Shared laundry for 1 bedrooms - Thin walls and windows let in sound from neighbours and outside - Cockroaches in our shower.

Before I even moved into the complex (July 2020), the managers were absolutely amazing. I’m in the military and I was PCSing (transferring) as soon as COVID hit so it was a mess. My orders kept getting messed up, therefore I kept having to change my move in dates, but they were all so nice and patient with me! Not only is the rent/price more than reasonable, this complex and the people who work here are amazing and so easy-going! Just recently I decided that I wanted to get a fur baby, so with doing so I had a ton of questions for Melisanda Maples (the assistant community manager). If I was someone having to deal with my ignorance to the situation, I definitely would’ve been on the annoyed side lol but Melisanda was so patient, nice, and professional! She really helped me get my apartment paperwork ready to go for me to adopt a dog! This is my second apartment I’ve lived in and I WISH my old apartment complex was like this one and the people that work here. I 100% recommended this apartment complex!!

Came in for a tour. Melisanda and Nirosha answered all of my questions. They explained that the property is in the process of getting renovated and you can really see the progress! I'm excited to see what they accomplish with this place. The property is so quiet, beautiful and within walking distance of the beach. Absolutely loved it!!

Maintenance staff is very attentive and quick to help! Melisanda always helped me when I had any questions and she was always available to assist. Nirosha was also very friendly and helpful, the office staff is great! The community is growing into a very beautiful area! Thanks!!
