I received a call from Hadinger Flooring telling me that they are aware of the wool area rugs they are selling are not good quality and wanted to know if I was satisfied with the very expensive rug I purchased from them. I told the sales person that we are extremely dissatisfied with the wool rug, she replied sorry there is nothing we can do to help you. I even said that we would purchase another better quality rug from them at a discounted price if they would take back this low quality wool rug that is shedding all over my house making a huge mess. She replied that even though Hadinger was aware of the problem and that we were NEVER informed of the atypical excessive shedding when we purchased the rug, they would not accommodate us with any type of return, exchange or compensation. She was just calling to get feedback from customers so that they could tell the manufacturers that the rugs they are suppling are not of good quality. Hadinger Flooring knows that there are problems with some of the products they are selling, but is not willing to step up to take care of their customers and make things right. I would not make another purchase at this store ever again. Buyer Beware!

I have not had the best experience,but have been compensated for the errors made. I think they have great products and great sales people. Good luck with installation,though.

Our entire building is cleaned and sanitized nightly by a professional cleaning company, and hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the showroom. Masks are provided to all employees, and are required to be worn when employees are working with customers. Customers are encouraged to wear masks, as well as to practice social distancing.
Daily removal of dirt and dust is important to prevent particles from abrading the floor’s surface. We recommend sweeping, dust mopping, or vacuuming. (Do not use vacuums with rotating beater bars on hard surfaces.) Periodic wet cleaning is necessary to help maintain the floor’s appearance. Always pre-vacuum or dust mop before any type of wet cleaning, and be sure to use appropriate vinyl floor cleaning equipment and cleaning agents. We have some options for sale at our store. While we carry a wide variety area rugs from most major brands, a large portion of our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind rugs that were custom-made for our store. We suggest contacting your salesperson for additional information about a rug that was purchased.
