I called on the behalf of my father who can not speak English very well and the man assisting us had a very nasty, discourtious tone. If I could give 0 stars to them I would, but can not unfortunately.

Fast and helpful for my elderly father and plenty of seating..

The lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful and was being very rude and disrespectful. I didn’t appreciate her tone. I came in with an insurance concern and questions only to be talked to disrespectfully and then just handed an envelope and blank paper just to rewrite a typed document I had already printed because it would be to dark to scan? Not sure what kind of scanner can’t scan a clear printed document. After filling it out and waiting just to ask where to place it she ignored me for about five minutes, talking to others behind me, and then told me to go to the back of the line for no reason. I truly don’t appreciate being treated and belittled like that.

Yes. You will get a letter about this early disbursement---it has to do with the Federal government partial shutdown. You must make the SNAP benefits last until early/mid March as there will not be any other disbursement until then. 877-395-8930 with questions :)
First close your benefits in your current state and bring paper verification of those close dates with you to PA. You must apply online or with a paper application in PA, benefits are not transferable from state to state, only county to county within the state. Hope that helps.
Yes it open

Yes you may still apply. Child support only effects what you receive in food stamps. Medical assistance does not count that kind of expense and owing money does not effect any benefits.
