First impression is bad.waited an hour while they took others because the forgot about me. No even a sincere apology. Staff searched web on cell phones and ate cereal with no sense of urgency. Wish I spoke up sooner instead of waiting politely in the chair. Definitely would not recommend this place unless your strapped. I should have read the reviews before my visit.

I went in for surgery today and I just wanted to say that everyone who assisted me was absolutely fabulous! All of the nurses including Becky and Michelle among others, and my wonderful anesthesiologist Dr. Patel, who was so thorough and helpful. Everything went so smoothly and they did a great job. I was so very happy! If you are ever in need of surgery, I highly recommend UConn health.
