When l came in Jacob was all alone in the store. He handled six different customers ,all with different problems with efficiency,patience,and friendliness.And was capable and thorough with all. You are to be congratulated on hiring such an excellent representative for A T & T. But l am appalled that only One person is placed all alone to handle everyone.

Impossible to get in touch with via phone. Edit: I've been trying since yesterday and you guys keep sending me to customer service. I needed to speak with someone in the store before making the trip to that store. I don't live in norwich so this is out of my way.

We had a problem the day before with a certain representative but when we came back the next morning an outstanding young gentleman named Isaiah got everything fix and situated for us. He was patient and shared his knowledge on how to go through this process. I’m very happy with the service that was provided thanks to Isaiah.
