No idea , I just went for the food.
I suggest the same, depending on the area you live in. The food bank is open to the public. Just google their address and phone number. The times they are open should be listed.

No they do not. You can contact the County Assistance Office for help anytime. They have programs in place that most are not aware of.

If you call they will be able to give you contact information for Food Pantry's in your area. The Central Pa Food Bank is a distributor to the Food Pantry's.
The food bank supplies food to shelters and through county assistance programs. Check with your county on how to get signed up for a program.
